8月28日讯，金三江公告，公司拟通过全资子公司金三江(马来西亚)在马来西亚投资建设生产基地，推进绿色低碳高性能轮胎用二氧化硅项目的开展。项目投资总额预计不超过人民币6亿元，实际投资金额将以政府相关主管部门的最终审批结果为准。此举旨在更高效地开拓海外市场，进一步拓展公司国际业务，并有利于公司更加灵活地应对宏观环境波动、产业政策调整以及国际贸易格局可能对公司的潜在不利影响。资金来源为公司自有资金或自筹资金，短期内不会对公司业绩产生重大影响，从长期来看，对公司未来发展具有积极意义。
