近日，美国邮政服务（USPS）发布行业通告，宣布将加大对科技面单和跑水账号的监管力度。根据新规，自2025年9月1日起，USPS将在包裹交货环节改变拦截方式，对于进入其递送网络但未支付运费的包裹，USPS将其视为被遗弃物品。同时，与USPS账户相关的持有人仍需承担与其账户相关联包裹的财务责任。此项新规预计将促使之前利用虚假面单、科技账号或跑水账号的用户回归正常USPS账户渠道发货，从而提升邮政系统的整体运营效率。USPS此次政策调整旨在维护公正的竞争环境，打击违规行为，确保邮政服务的可持续发展。
