Thành lập từ năm 1750 tại Beaune, Bouchard Aîné & Fils là một trong những nhà làm vang lâu đời và danh giá bậc nhất Burgundy, với những tuyệt phẩm như Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru 2022 và Héritage Chardonnay 2023. At Backstage, a restaurant proudly recognised as MICHELIN Selected for three consecutive years, the signature dishes of Northern Vietnam crafted by Chef Nguyen Quyet will be artfully paired with exceptional wines from two renowned Burgundy houses: Bouchard Aîné & Fils and J. Moreau & Fils.
Established in 1750 in Beaune, Bouchard Aîné & Fils is one of Burgundy’s most prestigious and historic wine estates, offering outstanding labels such as Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru 2022 and Héritage Chardonnay 2023. Alongside, J. Moreau & Fils, the emblem of classic Chablis since 1814, presents the vibrant and delicately mineral Gloire de Chablis 2023.
