Do you find it difficult to meditate for extended periods of time? We are currently running dedicated guided meditation classes on the last Friday of the month, 7-8pm with meditation coach Danny Arens. Where most of our yoga classes incorporate elements of meditation, this class allows a more extended practice, with added guidance to help you approach this important practice. All levels are welcome. These are regular credit classes, open to all members and can also be booked as drop-in classes.
