Looking to learn the art of sourdough baking? Or maybe you've dabbled but need more hands-on assistance? Good news! We have open slots in our two upcoming workshops. I attended my own sourdough workshop years ago, never knowing it would lead me to where I am today. I always love the opportunity to share my craft and allow others to develop this ancient skill! Our April class will be hosted in Spokane at @myfreshbskt and our May class will occur at our farm in Springdale. Each of these classes will provide hands-on practice for mixing, shaping, and scoring. You'll also go home with a physical workbook, dough ready to bake within the next few days, active sourdough starter, a few basic tools, and access to an online community of support!
