Meditation Classes -
How Not To Take Things Personally
Wed, Apr 30 - May 21 | 7pm - 8:15pm | with Kadam Adam | €10 | at Tara KMC, 279 Templeogue Rd, D6W YH57
Walk-ins welcome or book online at: meditate in ireland.com (one word)
Link in bio
Let’s face it, it’s easy to take things personally. A passing comment, a strange look, someone not replying the way we hoped.
Before we know it, we’re replaying it in our heads, feeling hurt, rejected, or just not good enough.
Over time, this can wear us down. It chips away at our confidence and can quietly build into frustration or resentment, making relationships more stressful than they need to be.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
In this new series of drop-in meditation classes with Kadam Adam - we will explore practical ways to step back from those automatic reactions, and approach situations with more clarity, calm, and confidence.
Through practical teachings and guided meditations, we’ll learn how to respond with greater clarity and wisdom, rather than take things to heart, even when things get challenging.
In this way, we learn how to live with more ease, and take life and the opinions of others, a little less personally.
Apr 30 - How it’s possible to NOT take things personally
May 7 - Why anger doesn’t work
May 14 - Who is the me who takes things personally? and how to let it go
May 21 - Cultivating authentic self-esteem, self-confidence & self-compassion
Members fee: Free
Standard fee: €10
Concession fee: €7 (Unemployed, pensioner, student)
*Please pay at the door for the concession fee. No proof needed.
Everybody is welcome 😊

Relationships can be tricky. Whether it’s a temporary falling out with someone we care about or the deeper pain of a long-term breakdown, it hurts — and it can leave us feeling stuck in anger, resentment, or insecurity.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
In this new series of drop-in meditation classes with Barry Walsh - which are suitable for everyone - we’ll explore how to gently move through and beyond these difficult emotions.
Through practical teachings and guided meditations, we’ll learn how to heal past hurts, let go of what’s weighing us down in our relationships, and build stronger, more meaningful connections with others.
We’ll discover how authentic love, empathy, forgiveness, and acceptance can create relationships that are resilient, peaceful, and fulfilling — even in the face of life’s ups and downs.
Over time, this journey helps us find something even deeper: a sense of genuine peace with ourselves, with others, and with life as it is.
Apr 29 - How healing relationships starts with us
May 6 - Letting go of past hurts
May 13 - Building resilient relationships, deepening connection & love
May 20 - Cultivating harmony in relationships (and life), over a lifetime
