Join our 'Think Better, Feel Better' meditation classes in Roncesvalles, every Monday and Thursday, 6:30 to 7:45pm, starting 17th / 20th March, at the High Park Public Library. 🧘‍♂️ Price - $15 per class or $65 for the full 5-week series on Mondays / $75 for the full 6-week series on Thursdays. A powerful truth to understand is that our thoughts shape our world. They influence how we feel, how we experience ourselves and others, and ultimately how we navigate life. By learning to think in healthier ways, we can naturally begin to feel better - gaining the inner strength to handle daily challenges and the ability to support those around us with greater understanding and compassion. Meditation empowers us to cultivate an inner space of clarity and happiness, gain control over negative emotions, and become more positive, confident, and resilient. Through its power, we can create a life we truly enjoy and love. These classes include two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic. After each class, there is time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required. We require booking in advance, as our classes are often fully attended. You do not need to bring anything with you, and the meditation is conducted on chairs (though you are welcome to bring a cushion if you prefer). The Teacher 🧘‍♂️ Kelsang Rigma is an experienced meditation teacher with over 20 years of practice in the Kadampa Buddhist tradition. She is known for her warm and clear teachings, emphasizing the practical importance of Buddhist meditation in daily life, inspiring people to discover their own inner source of happiness.
