Bill posted and confirmed few things: 1) that President Boakai hasn’t started a single project on his own. 2) That indeed the 48-inch pipes brought in the country that was only received by MD Mo Ali was contracted in 2023 by the CDC with the company Constar. 3) that the only work Mo Ali had to do was just receive it and take pictures to post on Facebook, nothing else. —— thanks brother McGill, you are my guy —- Now, let us turn to the real issues… It is interesting to see Unity Party struggling on the defensive to defend what is indefensible. You can lie to win but you cannot lie to govern……. Now, here are the facts, exactly as we stated initially that exposed the entire Lie.. 1) There are totally 2 different projects with different but connected activities. A) The project # P155945-under Ellen that was for only US 10m of which only 1.9m was meant for repairs and rehabilitation of mapped (limited) existing areas. This did not include the buying of additional pipes to change old ones. The lead for this project under Ellen from the World Bank was Christian Yeakula Harold Esseku. 😎 The project #P169031- under George Weah and for US 30m. When Weah took over, there was a need to boast the infrastructure, carry on major changes to decaying existing pipes and therefore, he and his team got to work…. Invited World Bank and negotiated an extended credit facility. This project included the buying of the now-brought into the country 48 inch pipes that pictures Mo Ali took. The lead for this project under Weah from World Bank was Gerhardus Scoppe Deo-Marcel Niyungeko. Highlights: Ellen had only 10m under a different but coordinated project Weah had 30m under a different but connected project. Boakai has zero million but only asked Mo Ali to take pictures and post them🤪. Happy Sunday good people!
