Invited World Bank and negotiated an extended credit facility. This project included the buying of the now-brought into the country 48 inch pipes that pictures Mo Ali took. The lead for this project under Weah from World Bank was Gerhardus Scoppe Deo-Marcel Niyungeko. Highlights: Ellen had only 10m under a different but coordinated project Weah had 30m under a different but connected project.
