Join me for a powerful Sound Bath featuring Tibetan bowls, gong, flute, shruti box, chimes, ocean drum, and more. These sounds will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, allowing your body and mind to reset and align with your highest potential. After the session, take time to reflect and relax, knowing you’ve invested in your own wellness. Recommended for ages 16+. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I endeavour to make my events as inclusive as possible, so do get in touch if you may require some reasonable adjustments that I can facilitate. I look forward to welcoming you to this enriching and relaxing experience! Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but please do bring any additional yoga accessories or soft furnishings which will aid your comfort. Doors will open 10 minutes before we are due to start so you can get settled and comfortable. Please note I can't open the doors before then as I will be busily setting up equipment to provide a magical and relaxing environment for our healing musical journey.
