Customer Relationship Manager (Female Candidate) Company: Eclipse Intellitech Limited Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic female candidate to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers through excellent communication and engaging content creation. If you are fluent in both Bengali and English and enjoy connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: ➖Communicate with customers over phone calls and social media platforms to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure satisfaction. ➖Assist in creating engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and other platforms. ➖Host podcast sessions to promote our brand, engage with audiences, and share valuable insights. ➖Collaborate with the team to develop customer-focused strategies and initiatives. General Requirements: ➖Fluency in Bengali and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. ➖Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ➖Experience or interest in content creation (e.g., social media posts, scripts, etc.). ➖Comfortable hosting podcasts or public speaking (training will be provided if needed). ➖Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. ➖Prior experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus but not required. Qualifications: ➖Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. ➖Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
