General Requirements: ➖Fluency in Bengali and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. ➖Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ➖Experience or interest in content creation (e.g., social media posts, scripts, etc.). ➖Comfortable hosting podcasts or public speaking (training will be provided if needed). ➖Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. ➖Prior experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus but not required. Qualifications: ➖Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. ➖Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
