Yoga Teacher Training

Are you ready to awaken to your full potential? To look within, step outside of your comfort zone and shift powerfully forward? This Yoga Teacher Training is for you! This is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga training that will transform your practice, deepen your understanding, develop your confidence, and allow you to find your own unique voice. This training offers a full range of yogic knowledge: posture practice (asana), breathing (pranayama), history, philosophy and daily self enrichment. PREREQUISITES: -A strong desire for growth and self-love. -A desire to share the benefits with others and be of service. -Willingness to create and maintain a personal meditation and asana practice. HOURS: Saturdays & Sundays: 10:30am-3:00pm We meet on select weekends out of every month. Program Tuition: Tuition for the 200 Hour RYT Yoga Alliance Teacher Training is $2600. This includes: lectures, classroom instruction, Yoga Teacher Training Manual, and 6 Months of Unlimited Yoga Classes at Inspirit. Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon request to help you fit this cost into your budget.
