Yoga Teacher Training 2025-2026

OUR NEXT TRAINING RUNS FROM SEPTEMBER 2025- FEBRUARY 2026: ONE WEEKEND A MONTH Dive into your own journey of radical wellness with 200 hours of immersion into self, practice, ancient philosophy, dynamic anatomy, the subtle energy body, trauma informed teaching techniques, social justice advocacy, accessibility, diversity yoga training ....and more. Our training, one of Portland's longest running 200 hours has been praised repeatedly for it's intentional cultivation of community, experienced trainers, comprehensive curriculum and rich spiritual depth. Our includes a vast array of learning materials outside of our time together in the studio such as podcasts, unlimited yoga classes, videos, group chats and mentorship. Due to the high demand for slots in our previous courses, we are releasing training dates for 2025 early- please note, we have only 12-14 total slots and folks are already registering so please act swiftly. FULL PRICE: $2,800 EARLY BIRD (Before May 1st): $2,650 ONLINE-ONLY SLOT: $2,200 Monthly Payment Plan: Around $200/ month for 12 months or $400/ month for 6 months Trainers include: Jennie Joan, Kristine Keegan, Avril Williams, and other guests including Sea Change Yoga instructors. Additional online coursework, reading, and other assignments are required for certification. This is a Yoga Alliance Approved 200 hour teacher training. Although yoga teachers do not require a license and we do not believe yoga teachers necessarily need a western-based governing body; we prioritize this certification so that teachers have the ability to train anywhere they'd like if they chose to take a future 300 hour training, as many 300 hour schools require such. 2025 Weekend Dates Schedule: Friday 5:30pm-8:30pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-6pm. Includes two Mondays/ long holiday weekends 9-6 (Columbus Day, Martin Luther King Day).
