In this introductory 3-week class, we will be focusing on learning the basics. The first 2 weeks making the vessels, the 3rd week trimming (cleaning up) your pieces. The goal for this class is to get you comfortable on the wheel, and students could get outside practice time as desired when participating in our 3-week Class. Price: $200 (10 lbs of clay plus outside practice time during our business hour Thur.-Mon.) Anyone aged 16+ Throwing is a messy business, remember to bring an apron/handtowel and trim long nails as they can get in the way of your creative expression. *Students will need to come back to glaze their own piece to give it a colorful and glossy surface. The glazing fee is already included in the workshop, you will get an email notification to schedule your glazing date once we complete a bisque firing for your piece.
