Hi, I’m Dr. Lina Guerrero, a medical doctor with a degree from Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica (UACA) in Costa Rica. I’m also certified in Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan through Harvard Medical School Executive Education. With a background in medicine and a passion for nutrition, I’m here to help you take control of your health through personalized nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes. Why am I doing this? Because I believe many of the diseases we face today – coronary heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and more – can be prevented. Instead of just treating symptoms, I’m passionate about going deeper to the root causes: poor nutrition and lifestyle habits.
