Bowie Animal Control has teamed up with Bowie Claw to host a cat adoption event on Saturday, August 16 from 12 to 3 p.m. in the front lobby of City Hall. Volunteers will be available to answer questions about the adoptable animals present. If you are thinking of adding a feline friend to your home, or just looking for more information about the cats or Bowie CLAW, please drop by. If you are unable to adopt at this time, but would still like to show your support, we invite you to drop off donations at the event. We will accept blankets, towels, unscented clumping litter, pee pads, KMR or Petlac kitten formula, and wellness brand cat food.
