ActionSA is tackling this wastage head-on with two proposed bold and exciting reforms - Cabinet Reform Package and the Zero-Tolerance Corruption Bill. As part of our Cabinet Reform Package, we will table a Constitutional Amendment to Abolish Deputy Ministers entirely from the Cabinet, and the Cut Cabinet Perks Bill to drastically reduce excessive Ministerial allowances and perks.
