Winter Salute 2024: A Day of Support for Veterans
For the 8th year, WCCO & CBS News Minnesota and MACV joined forces with the Minnesota Twins at Target Field to connect Veterans with vital resources and services.
✨ Event Highlights:
✅ Record-breaking turnout of Veterans and over 70 resource vendors.
✅ Services included housing assistance, benefit access, and more—treating every Veteran with dignity and respect.
✅ Puppies stole the show, offering snuggles and support through an adoption program.
✅ Volunteers served a traditional turkey dinner, bringing warmth and community to the event.
MACV is proud to stand with Veterans every step of the way. Together, we’re making a difference in the fight to end Veteran homelessness so that every Veteran can have a home for the holidays!
