Building Relationships: • Engage with tradie customers over the phone, learn about their businesses, understand their pain points, and promote the benefits of joining the hipages platform. • Manage inquiries and objections. • Enter tradie customer details into Salesforce CRM. • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the sales team as needed. Compliance and Quality Assurance: • Utilise scripts and follow regulations, ensuring high-quality customer interactions. Your Experience • Experience in a phone-based role taking a high volume of inbound calls, preferably in a sales environment. Preferred experience in working to sales targets and KPI’s. • 4 years of Sales experience (Ideally)
