And that reason is to show us a BULLSHIT BELIEF we have about something that we DAMN FUCKING WELL have the POWER TO CHANGE if it's no longer serving us. 👊💥 So don't run from your triggers, GET TO KNOW THEM. EVERY ONE. Write them all down if you have to. Learn to sit with them and EXPLORE them versus letting them CONTROL you, which is likely what they've been doing. 👆✍️ Learn to RESPOND and not to REACT. The trick to this is to leave a gap between the initial stimulus and your REACTION. Learn to PAUSE and go INWARD versus letting the emotion get expressed OUTWARDLY and you'll discover there are places WITHIN YOU that still need HEALING because you're still carrying a BULLSHIT BELIEF that continues to ignite that "charge" in you anytime that belief feels "threatened". It's not easy (TRUST ME), but if you reverse engineer it enough, and are patient with yourself, everything within you that is holding you back will eventually come to the surface and you can then turn the trigger into a POSITIVE because you'd have learned something VALUABLE about yourself from it instead and then CHOOSING to no longer let it have power of you like it once did. YOU'RE IN FUCKING CHARGE NOW. NO ONE OR NOTHING THE FUCK ELSE. 💪 That's what triggers are for. To TEACH you. To SHOW you what you need to REDEFINE so you can finally be FREE from them ONCE AND FOR ALL. And then therefore not let life define YOU, but instead YOU FUCKING DEFINE "IT".
