From January 2025 until now, I’m beyond grateful to have maintained a consistent 5-figure monthly income—and even hit 6 figures in team sales, growing together with my team! But what I want to say is this: It’s not because I’m “so good” or “naturally great at talking or selling.” It’s simply because I’m willing to work hard. Willing to take action. I don’t rely on emotions to run my business—I plan, I execute, I face my problems head on, and I keep improving. The biggest growth I’ve experienced isn’t just financial—it’s mental. From being a hairstylist who just focused on doing great work, to becoming someone who on the side, leads a team, share products, creates content, and grows a business— None of this happened by accident. At MAE, I didn’t just gain “success.” I gained growth, responsibility, self-discipline, teamwork, and trust. To everyone who supported and encouraged me along the way—thank you. Your belief in me keeps me going. And if you’re out there working hard too, I want to say this to you: It’s not that you’re not good enough—it’s just that you haven’t fully executed yet.
