这几个月一直忙到没时间停下来好好写一篇总结。
2025，从一月到现在，我很感恩每个月都维持着稳稳的五位数收入。也做了6位数团队业绩，带着团队一起前进！
但我想说的不是“我有多厉害”，也不是“我天生会说话、会卖东西”。
而是：
我只是愿意努力，愿意执行，
不靠感觉做事，用规划来前进，
发现问题就调整，一直在修正，一直在学习。
我成长最快的，不是收入数字，而是思维。
从一个把工作做好的美发设计师，
到一个愿意经营自己、带团队、卖产品、拍影片、做销售的创业者，
这一切都不是偶然。
在MAE，我收获的不是“成功”这两个字，
而是：“成长、责任、自律、团队、信任”。
也想对支持我、一路鼓励我的你说声谢谢。
你们的信任，是我不断进步的最大动力。
最后，想送一句给也在打拼的你：
不是你不够厉害，是你还没开始“用力”去执行。
做得好，不等于完美。
但只要你愿意每天都进步一点点，
几年后回头看，你也会很感谢那个不放弃的自己。

I’ve been so busy these past few months, I haven’t had time to properly reflect.
From January 2025 until now, I’m beyond grateful to have maintained a consistent 5-figure monthly income—and even hit 6 figures in team sales, growing together with my team!
But what I want to say is this:
It’s not because I’m “so good” or “naturally great at talking or selling.”
It’s simply because I’m willing to work hard.
Willing to take action.
I don’t rely on emotions to run my business—I plan, I execute,
I face my problems head on, and I keep improving.
The biggest growth I’ve experienced isn’t just financial—it’s mental.
From being a hairstylist who just focused on doing great work,
to becoming someone who on the side, leads a team, share products, creates content, and grows a business—
None of this happened by accident.
At MAE, I didn’t just gain “success.”
I gained growth, responsibility, self-discipline, teamwork, and trust.
To everyone who supported and encouraged me along the way—thank you.
Your belief in me keeps me going.
And if you’re out there working hard too, I want to say this to you:
It’s not that you’re not good enough—it’s just that you haven’t fully executed yet.
Doing well doesn’t mean being perfect.
But if you keep improving just 1% every day,
a few years from now, you’ll look back and thank yourself for not giving up.
