Breathwork offers a safe, supportive way to journey inward and truly listen to yourself. 💫 Of all the transformative experiences I’ve had, breathwork stands out as the most insightful, powerful, and impactful. Now, I have the privilege of guiding others through it—holding space in a calm, supportive environment. 📌 My Breathwork Approach In these sessions, we use a gentle, flowing breath—calm, connected, and consistent. This approach shifts your nervous system into a state of healing, allowing emotions to move as they need to—something we can’t force through thinking or trying. A curated soundtrack supports your journey, while I gently guide the room through the process. If you’re new but feel drawn, come along. Experience it for yourself. 📌 Why Breathwork? Many of us have become mind-dominant in our pursuit of productivity, disconnecting from our inner world. We recognise the need for balance, but ironically, we try to think our way back—which doesn’t work. So, we're unsure how to do so. We might try new apps, techniques, classes etc - these have merit, but breath is the ultimate tool. Breath has an organic and beautiful way of lighting the path ahead. For those who feel they can't be still, this is perfect because the active aspect of breath helps hold our attention. I run sessions weekly on Monday nights at 730pm at Summer Healing in Brunswick.
