With experience working with women, teenagers, and children, she brings a specialized focus to areas such as women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ support, trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Throughout her practice, Michelle integrates a person-centered approach, which emphasizes empathy and respect for each client’s unique story and journey toward healing. Committed to empowering others, Michelle combines various therapeutic techniques, including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. She creates a safe and judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions, overcoming obstacles, and reclaiming control over their lives. Michelle is particularly passionate about working with ethnically diverse populations, offering guidance and support to help individuals navigate cultural and generational trauma.
