JOIN US! We're looking for a head chef to join the Walcot House team. A bit about us… quality is at the centre of what we do, and with this comes our commitment to sourcing and creating the best ingredients. To ensure this we source fresh produce from the rich larder of Somerset & Wiltshire and we have our very own bakers, butchers and production kitchen. Our own Kitchen HQ, and its team of chefs and bakers, are an integral part of the infrastructure of the Walcot Group. We wanted to know every detail of our food provenance, from developing our pastries to shucking & filleting our Brixham fish market deliveries by hand. @greenstreetbath is our butchers shop, where we work with the best local farmers who champion slow grown rare breed animals. We dry-age, breakdown and prepare all of our meat ourselves, from our sausages & burgers to our 6-week aged steaks. As our Head Chef, you'll lead an energetic team while maintaining quality, collaboration and consistency within our flagship restaurant.
