About the Role Position: Head Chef Location: The Factory Restaurant and Bar, Rawai, Phuket Start Date: Immediate Visa & Work Permit: Provided for the right candidate This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and passionate chef to become the creative driving force behind a brand-new dining destination in one of Thailand’s most vibrant locations. What We’re Looking For - Extensive knowledge and expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, with particular emphasis on Italian, Greek, Spanish dishes, and mastery in Tapas and Pinxtos. - Proven leadership in a high-caliber kitchen with a track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences. - Ability to design innovative and authentic menus, showcasing the best Mediterranean flavors. - Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring culinary excellence and consistency in every dish. - Flexibility to work collaboratively and adapt to the unique needs of a new restaurant concept.
