@limplphilip our brilliant head chef for the past 3 years is returning home to Austria. His creativity, patience, juggling/ plate spinning skills have been second to none and he will be sorely missed, and we wish him all the best for his next chapter. Which means we are looking for a new head chef at Levan. The role begins in October 2025, but we’re beginning the process now, as we always believe it’s worth taking time to find the right person. All the usual stuff applies. Loving French/ modern European food is essential. But really, what are we looking for? Well, It’s finding that chemistry, the right attitude, that restless motivation and a deep, deep love for food and for feeding people that emanate somewhere in the depths of your soul that cant be fabricated or cheated, its a pure thing. So, are you ready to help us take Levan into its next phase? Lead a brilliant teams of wonderful chefs and people. Work in tandem with our amazing front of house team, and collectively, continue to make Levan one of South London’s best restaurants? Great.
