(Rt. 107), Gilmanton, NH The Emerald Isle is blessed with pristine seafood, lush and productive fields, and world class dairy products. You will learn to make Old Fashioned Irish Salad with Shannagrary cream dressing, Foil-Roasted Salmon with Leek & Dill Cream Sauce, Champ ( a traditional potato dish), a dessert of the class's choosing, Cast Iron Apple Cake or Chocolate Whiskey Cake.
