Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons to students of various proficiency levels. - Assess students' language skills and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning and progress. - Develop and implement creative teaching materials and strategies to cater to different learning styles. - Create a positive and inclusive class environment that promotes active participation and mutual respect. - Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with students and parents/guardians regarding their performance and areas for improvement. - Stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the curriculum. - Collaborate with other instructors and contribute to curriculum development and program improvement efforts. - Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. - CELTA/TKT/TEFL is preferred. - Proven experience in teaching English to non-native speakers, preferably in an academic or language institute setting. - A strong command of the English language, both spoken and written (B2-C1) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. - Ability to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. - Knowledge of language teaching methodologies and a commitment to incorporating innovative practices into the classroom. - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students and different class sizes. - A passion for teaching and inspiring students to develop their English language skills.
