Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. - CELTA/TKT/TEFL is preferred. - Proven experience in teaching English to non-native speakers, preferably in an academic or language institute setting. - A strong command of the English language, both spoken and written (B2-C1) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. - Ability to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. - Knowledge of language teaching methodologies and a commitment to incorporating innovative practices into the classroom. - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students and different class sizes. - A passion for teaching and inspiring students to develop their English language skills.
