✨️ Kids & Family Workshops ✨️ With Mikaela Octeau Sunday, February 9, 2025 10:00am-11:30am Mikaela is offering a series of Sunday morning workshops specifically created to guide children and families toward healthy well-being and self-discovery on the 2nd Sunday of the month. ✨️February 9th: Energy Healing for Parents: Finding Calm in the Chaos. This 90-minute workshop is designed to help parents manage stress, regulate their energy, and discover tools for emotional well being that they can use with their families. Includes grounding exercises, an introduction to energy regulation, and practical tools for emotional support and healing. ✨️March 9th: Confidence Builders - Empowering Kids through Play For children (ages 5-10) to build self-confidence and self-esteem through fun and engaging activities. ✨️April 13th: DIY Energy Wands - Crafting Calm and Focus For children (ages 5-10) will craft personalized 'Energy Wands" while practicing mindfulness, a short sound session, and a movement break for relaxation and focus. ✨️May 11th: Family Vision Board Workshop Help families come together to create vision boards reflecting both individual and collective goals for the year ahead, promoting connection and positive intention setting.
