HypnoBirthing Classes

Hi parents! Would you like to have a positive, calm and empowering birth? In HypnoBirthing® we teach the tools you need to surrender to the unknown of birthing. We guide you to envision your experience and help you step into that story with confidence, bravery and power leaving you with nothing less than the goddess warrior that you embraced along the way. This is an investment for yourself, your birth companion and your baby to reap the benefits of a positive, calm birth by making informed choices, learning to surrender, feeling connected as a family, understanding the anatomy of the uterus and pelvic area, soaking in the breathing techniques, allowing yourself to go into a deep relaxation during the most intense moments of labor and so much more. This course is for you if you are birthing in or out of the hospital, this is your first or multiple birth, if you are having a natural birth or a planned c-section. Simply, this course is for you if you are having a baby enter this world in the near or far future. What You Will Learn in HypnoBirthing® Classes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ HypnoBirthing® Classes are taught in a format of five, 2 1/2-hour classes. If you are very near to your birthing time, we can make special arrangements for individual classes with you otherwise it will be a group setting.
