Whether it’s a temporary falling out with someone we care about or the deeper pain of a long-term breakdown, it hurts — and it can leave us feeling stuck in anger, resentment, or insecurity. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. In this new series of drop-in meditation classes with Barry Walsh - which are suitable for everyone - we’ll explore how to gently move through and beyond these difficult emotions. Through practical teachings and guided meditations, we’ll learn how to heal past hurts, let go of what’s weighing us down in our relationships, and build stronger, more meaningful connections with others. We’ll discover how authentic love, empathy, forgiveness, and acceptance can create relationships that are resilient, peaceful, and fulfilling — even in the face of life’s ups and downs. Over time, this journey helps us find something even deeper: a sense of genuine peace with ourselves, with others, and with life as it is.
