A second pillow or a bolster is nice behind the knees to take pressure off the lower back. Get ready to relax with an open heart and open mind. It is recommended to take a 20-30 minute detoxifying bath or foot soak after the scalar wave healing experience. The recommended detoxifying mixture recipe: One cup of Redmonds sea salt, one cup of baking soda and half a cup of Borax.
