З 2018 року Всесвітній економічний форум визначає людський капітал, стійкість, гнучкість та інноваційність як ключові фактори економічного успіху. 🟥 Людиноцентричні комунікації — це про формування залученості, взаємоповаги та створення безпеки у суспільстві. 🟥 Ефективна державна комунікація — системність, прозорість та акцент на користь для людей. Важливо не лише пояснювати рішення, а й формувати нові соціальні норми та долати стереотипи. 🟥 У часи соціальних викликів державна комунікація має надихати на дії, підтримувати згуртованість та відкривати рівні можливості для всіх. Люди — головна цінність, а спільні зусилля — шлях до стійкого майбутнього. 🟥 Зміна соціальної поведінки — це стратегія, а не випадковість. Раціональні аргументи не завжди працюють. Key points from Olha's presentation: 🟥 Human centricity is the foundation of the modern economy. Since 2018, the World Economic Forum has identified human capital, resilience, flexibility and innovation as key factors for economic success. 🟥 Human-centred communications are about building engagement, mutual respect and creating security in society. 🟥 Effective government communication is about consistency, transparency and focusing on benefits for people. It is important not only to explain decisions but also to form new social norms and overcome stereotypes. 🟥 In times of social challenges, public communication should inspire action, support cohesion and open up equal opportunities for all. People are the main value, and joint efforts are the way to a sustainable future. 🟥 Changing social behaviour is a strategy, not an accident. Rational arguments do not always work. People make decisions under the influence of emotions and the environment. Therefore, it is important not only to explain but also to accompany the process of change through dialogue and interaction at all levels — from personal to social. Today, we celebrate the 6th founding anniversary of the Bangsamoro region. The past years have been a testament to our commitment, strength, and unity. In pursuit of a prosperous society, we have seen the tireless dedication of our public servants to take our region to where it is today. And so, this day marks not only the commemoration of our founding anniversary but also the celebration of all the milestones and progress we have accomplished as one Bangsamoro. On this momentous day, I would also like to share what our office has achieved in the 2.5 years since we have been in service. No matter the political or other consequences.

These products are designed to appeal to kids with flavors like cotton candy and bubble gum, and they’re disguised as everyday school supplies—pens, highlighters, and USB drives. It’s no wonder schools across the state are struggling to keep vapes out of classrooms and hallways. Districts are working hard, implementing policies and detection devices to safeguard students' health. But they can’t do it alone. This year, the South Carolina General Assembly has the chance to take action. By regulating the sale of disposable, flavored vapes, our leaders can help parents, teachers, and law enforcement protect our youth. Join us in urging lawmakers to address this urgent crisis.

Hachiko’s statue near Shibuya Station, a beloved symbol of loyalty celebrated in the film Hachi: A Dog’s Tale, is “sleeping” this New Year’s Eve as Shibuya takes steps to ensure everyone’s safety. Early Tuesday morning, a white curtain was placed around the iconic statue with a heartfelt message: “Hachi is sleeping today. Do not wake him up.” To manage the usual New Year’s Eve crowds, the area around the statue has been temporarily sealed off. This precaution will last until 1:00 a.m. on New Year’s Day. Although the countdown event at JR Shibuya Station has been canceled for the fifth year in a row, approximately 100 security guards will be stationed to maintain safety starting at 6:00 p.m. While Hachi enjoys a quiet evening, his spirit of loyalty and love—immortalized in the film—continues to inspire us all as we welcome 2025. Genève (Livredderen): Stor nedgang i drukninger globalt. Den første globale rapport om drukningsforebygging fra Verdens helseorganisasjon (WHO) foreligger med svært gode nyheter. Rapport viser 38 prosent reduksjon i den globale druknings-dødsraten siden 2000. Dette er et stort skritt fremover for global folkehelse og for innsatsen til alle som jobber med dette. «Den betydelige nedgangen i dødsfall fra drukning siden 2000 er fantastisk nyhet og et bevis på at de enkle, praktiske tiltakene anbefalt av WHO fungerer», sier Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHOs generaldirektør, men legger til at «Et tilfelle av drukning er ett for mye, og millioner er fortsatt i fare».
