Forest Bathing (or Shinrin-yoku) is a guided, sensory immersion in nature, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the restorative power of the forest. Unlike a hike, there’s no destination—just an opportunity to move mindfully, engage your senses, and be fully present in nature.
Through gentle invitations, you’ll tune into the sights, sounds, scents, and textures around you, fostering a deep sense of calm and well-being. Studies show that Forest Bathing can help reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance overall health.
What to Expect:
A slow-paced, meditative walk in the woods

Space for quiet reflection and deep relaxation
A welcoming and inclusive experience—no prior experience needed
Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear. Sessions will go ahead in light rain, but may be rescheduled in extreme weather.
