Join us for an empowering day of women’s wellness. We will spend our time in community, participating in movement practices and wellness workshops and activities.
A minimum of 20% of ticket sales will be donated to a local women's charity.
In an effort to make this event more accessible, we have opted for a sliding scale pricing plan.
You can choose to pay more and that extra amount will be split between the final donation and helps others maintain a lesser ticket price, increasing the accessibility of women’s wellness in our community.

Start the day with a gentle yoga flow and breathwork practice led by Brittany Evans
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM Holistic Nutrition for Women
Join Jess Hart, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, to learn about balanced nutrition for overall health and wellness
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM Catered Lunch
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM Healing with Flowers
Build your own bouquet while we learn about the healing properties of flowers with Bryanne from Wild Roots Flowers & Gifts
1:45 PM – 2:45 PM QiGong
Join Melody Saul for an energizing afternoon practice of QiGong
