A sound meditation is a deep listening practice where you will be immersed in vibrations and frequencies of singing bowls, sun gong, chimes, and therapeutic percussion, to guide you into a meditative state that provides space for you to listen to what's happening within. In this restful, meditative state, your body is encouraged to soften, helping to regulate your nervous system and open up your body's natural restorative abilities, and may help you to tune into your emotions, imagination, and intuition.
