Embrace the balance of dark and light with a special yoga Nidra and tea tasting ceremony. You are invited to refresh your energy and cast off the day's worries upon arrival. Once everyone’s Nidra Nests are set up we will share a tea blend that embraces the cool energies of winter and share gratitude for the long winter nights. As we turn toward spring, we will settle in for a nourishing Yoga Nidra (a deep guided meditation) to fully embody these energies and reset ourselves for the changing season. When we return from this respite, we will ground ourselves and welcome the evening with a warm spring tea blend as we set our intentions for the coming spring months.
