Join us at Longformacus Village Hall for an experience of deeply relaxing sound and vibrations with your practitioners Greig & Cari Silver. We invite you to immerse in a deep sound journey, surrounded by a wide array of unique instruments that will relax and inspire. Sound journeys have been found to be effective in reducing stress, anxiety, and improving overall mental health. The vibrations and frequencies produced during a sound journey can help reduce cortisol levels, induce relaxation, and promote a sense of well-being. Additionally, it has been known to improve sleep quality, boost mood, and even alleviate symptoms of conditions like chronic pain, PTSD, and depression. The sound will last approximately 1.5 hours.
