When students feel safe, supported, and engaged, they’re better prepared for life after high school. I am incredibly proud that our graduation rates are significantly rising—this speaks to the dedication and hard work of our current school district leaders, educators, and staff. However, there’s still more work to be done to ensure that every student has the skills, opportunities, and support they need to succeed beyond graduation.
