How we overcome running pain using our “3-Step Process” and keep running instead of quitting. After helping hundreds of runners overcome pain symptoms without having to quit… We’ve noticed the same situations happening repeatedly, and clients telling us the same things: “I want to keep running… but pain is getting in the way, and I feel stuck.” They start by taking a period of “rest” to see if the pain goes away… And sometimes it does… But as soon as they start running again, there it is.
