Reiki Level 1 Training and Attunement Class Welcome to the Reiki Level 1 training and attunement class at Boundless Moon. The Attunement Process Each student will receive a private attunement in our high vibrational healing room, a sacred space designed to facilitate deep energy work. During the attunement, the Reiki Master will open the energy channels within you, allowing Reiki energy to flow freely. This process may be experienced as gentle sensations, warmth, or a deep sense of peace. Reiki Hand Positions You'll learn the standard Reiki hand positions used in both self-healing and healing others. These positions cover the major energy centers and help balance the body's energy. Conducting a Self-Healing Session Learning to heal oneself is a cornerstone of Reiki practice. You'll be guided through a complete self-healing session, focusing on each chakra and energy center to promote overall well-being. Conducting a Healing Session for Others You'll also learn how to conduct a healing session for others, including setting the intention, creating a safe and comfortable environment, and using the Reiki hand positions effectively. Practice and Certification The class includes dedicated practice time where you can apply what you've learned. Wilhelm Orsolya vagyok, Tradicionális Reiki mester és oktató! 18 éves kozmetikai pályafutásom és az emberekkel való közös munka ébresztett rá arra, hogy mélyebb kapcsolódásra vágyom annál, amit a szépségiparban tudtam nyújtani! Szebbé varázsolni az embereket egy csodálatos szakma, de úgy éreztem többet szeretnék adni, mint amire a kozmetika falai közt lehetőségem volt. Kerestem, kutattam merre folytassam, rengeteg tanfolyamot elvégeztem, melyekből sokat tanultam. De valahogy mégsem találtam meg azt az utat, amit magaménak éreztem! A stagnálásnak és a munkába temetkezésnek sajnos meglett az eredménye. Nyaki gerincsérvet diagnosztizáltak nálam, és egy azonnali műtétet javasoltak. A fájdalom és a 2 hónap mozgásképtelenség ellenére is úgy döntöttem, mielőtt kés alá fekszem, megpróbálok valami mást! Egy akkori Reikis vendégem ajánlotta fel a segítségét , amitől kevesebb mint 3 hét alatt tünetmentes lettem, 3 hónap alatt pedig az MRI eredményeimen is látszott a változás. Persze ettől még nem láttam az összefüggést, hogy talán ez a kis probléma nem véletlenül állított kényszer pihenőre és, hogy szenvedésem végül egy új lehetőséget hozott az életembe! A reikivel való első tapasztalásom után 3 év telt el mire rájöttem, hogy talán valami dolgom lehet vele az életben. Mert ahogy sokan mások, én is azt hittem, hogy a Reikihez valamilyen velünk született ember feletti tehetség/képesség kell. Tévedtem! Ugyanis ezt a módszer bárki könnyedén elsajátíthatja! A tanfolyam elvégzése után éreztem, hogy ez a módszer sokkal mélyebben megszólított, mint gondoltam volna. Azóta hatalmas utat jártam be vele az I és II. szint után elvégeztem a Mesteri és az oktatói képzést is! Kezeltem már több országban is, és erre a módszerre alapozva holisztikus nyaralást is szerveztem Cipruson! A Reiki oktatása szinte passziómmá vált és eltökéltem, hogy annyi emberhez eljuttatom, amennyihez csak tudom! Napokig tudnék beszélni arról mennyire különleges dolog és miképpen tudja megváltoztatni az ember életét, de egyenlőre elég ha tudod, hogy semmi féle különleges tudás, képesség nem szükséges az elsajátításához és hogy ennek a tudásnak a birtokában valóban megváltozhat minden bennünk és körülöttünk is, ha szeretettel használjuk!
