PsychPhys™ is now taking expressions of interest for group sessions in Surrey Hills (VIC) and Frankston (VIC) for participants aged 18-40. NDIS, Self-Funding and GAP funding options are available.
The PsychPhys™ Stress Management Program is designed to help build your capacity to manage high-stress situations, enhance your emotional regulation skills and increase your sense of control over your life.
The six-week group program utilises Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) methods and covers a range of key topics such as:
• Mindfulness
• Distress Tolerance/Crisis Survival Skills
• Emotional Regulation
• Interpersonal Effectiveness
• Self-Soothing Techniques
• Stress Management Strategies
