It seems in these modern times, with it's complexity,
uncertainty, ever increasing change and vulnerability, everyone is experiencing anxiety, stress and more worry. We should all know that we can practice meditation and things do not need to make us feel like this.
Through the healing ability of meditation and the use of Buddha’s practical advice we can discover relief as well as inspiration and hope to tackle the continual difficulties we face in daily life. Through this we can learn to transform them to find inner peace, happiness and rich meaning for our life.
