As Green-On continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to head up our Cremorne team. The Kitchen Manager will lead day-to-day operations such as ordering, rostering, quality control, managing the team and making sure our community has the best possible experience every time. We take a lot of pride in how we look after our people. In your role you will encourage growth, motivation and collaboration amongst your team whilst creating memorable experiences for our community. We are looking for someone that is hardworking, organised, shows initiative and takes pride in their work. This role provides a very flexible work life balance with options to work a reduced week of 30-35 hours with no weekend or nighttime obligations, or a full time position of 38 hours per week.
