So we try... ❌ Forcing ourselves to follow expert plans and programs ❌ Hoping for motivation to show up (or stick around) ❌ Judging ourselves for not being “disciplined” enough ❌ Jumping into the next [fill blank] with all-or-none resolve ❌ Seeking accountability partners to stay “on track” …and some of that works for a while, but never sticks.
