Here are some alternatives to redirect your mind when a craving hits:
🏃♂️Get moving! Go for a quick walk or stretch a bit to concentrate on how you’re feeling.
🧘Do some deep breathing. This can bring you back into your body during a craving.
📱Call or text a friend. Letting someone know when you’re struggling can help keep you accountable.
💦Chew gum, brush your teeth or drink water. You might just need a mouth refresh or a quick sip to rehydrate yourself.
