This group is for the spirituality of Kabbalah. Our perspective is that Kabbalah is not a "religion", it is a technology, and more importantly a consciousness (a way of thinking). The technology is the understanding of the cause and effect relationship of how everything is interconnected and when you begin to KNOW that everything is connected and intended, you can, through personal transformation, and a shift in consciousness change your life, your destiny, and this physical reality. This wisdom is the root of many of the worlds largest religions but we do NOT believe that it is for any specific religion, or groups of people. The wisdom did come from and has a very close connection with the Jewish religion, however our perspective is it should be shared and believe it was given to humanity for ALL PEOPLE. It is for everyone with a desire to learn, and together with it we can change this world. There are many who have tried to keep it hidden and away from the outside world and to keep it exclusive to specific groups, but we are part of the movement to change that. Like with any powerful tool it is up to the user to use it in a proper way. We use this board as an open forum to discuss concepts of Kabbalah, and other modes of spirituality and how they relate to the wisdom of Kabbalah. We welcome open discussion and questions, as this was the method of learning of the great Kabbalist Rabbi Shimon (who authored the Zohar, the main text of Kabbalah) and his students. We want to especially welcome this forum to new students who want to learn more about Kabbalah. Although this board is not sponsored or in any way endorsed or connected to the Kabbalah Centre, many of the people here are students of the Kabbalah Centre. If you are new to Kabbalah and want to learn where to start, just post your question and I'm sure many of the students here will be happy to help. Tình thân trong Phật pháp là đại từ đại bi, không có pháp nào chẳng có quan hệ với chính mình. Nếu quý vị nói có một pháp đối lập, mâu thuẫn với chính mình, quý vị đã lầm lẫn quá đỗi rồi! Chính quý vị đã mê hoặc, điên đảo tận gốc, làm sao có chuyện như vậy được? Do vậy, trong lục đạo, người giác ngộ hòa quang đồng trần với chúng sanh trong lục đạo, nhưng người ấy hiểu rõ ràng, minh bạch, [chẳng mê hoặc, điên đảo như chúng sanh]. Chúng sanh trong lục đạo đều mê hoặc, điên đảo, mê mất tự tánh, người ấy là bậc giác ngộ, những chúng sanh ấy đã làm rất nhiều chuyện xấu, trái nghịch tự tánh, người ấy có ghim trong lòng hay không? Chẳng để ở trong lòng. Người ấy có trách móc họ hay không? Chẳng trách móc họ! Vì sao? Người ấy khẳng định hết thảy chúng sanh tánh vốn lành, nơi hữu tình gọi là Phật Tánh, tánh vốn lành, nơi vô tình gọi là Pháp Tánh, vẫn là tánh vốn lành. Trong tự tánh, chẳng tìm được một chút mảy may thiếu khuyết nào, tìm không được, viên mãn mà! Nhỏ nhất là vi trần cũng đầy đủ trí huệ và đức tướng, lớn như hư không pháp giới vẫn trọn đủ trí huệ và đức tướng, thật đấy, chẳng giả! [Người đã] mê sẽ làm chuyện sai trái, quý vị phải dạy họ, giúp họ quay đầu, đó là đúng; chư Phật, Bồ Tát làm theo cách ấy. Tuyệt đối chẳng hề có ý niệm muốn trừng phạt người đó. [Nếu thấy] kẻ đó đã làm bao nhiêu chuyện xấu, phải trừng phạt kẻ đó, [người có cái nhìn như thế] sẽ chẳng phải Bồ Tát, chưa giác ngộ, vẫn là lục đạo phàm phu. Thật sự giác ngộ sẽ chẳng thể nào có ý niệm ấy, ai thật sự giác ngộ? Từ A La Hán trở lên, các Ngài đã đắc Chánh Giác, đối với hữu tình chúng sanh trong mười pháp giới, chẳng cần biết họ làm chuyện sai quấy nào, cũng thấy họ giống như con cái của chính mình, quý vị có thể trách móc chúng nó hay chăng? Có thể vứt bỏ chúng nó hay không? Không! Sẽ cố gắng dạy dỗ chúng. Dùng tấm lòng yêu thương để dạy bảo, chẳng có kẻ nào không thể dạy dỗ thành tốt đẹp, không có một ai chẳng thể quay đầu, chỉ là họ mê sâu hay cạn khác nhau. Mê sâu sẽ khó quay đầu một chút, phải tốn thời gian dài hơn một chút, nhưng chắc chắn sẽ quay đầu. Kẻ chẳng thể quay đầu trong đời này, [sẽ quay đầu trong] đời sau, Phật, Bồ Tát độ chúng sanh đời đời kiếp kiếp chưa hề gián đoạn. Đời này có thể quay đầu, có thể thành tựu, đều là do thiện căn, phước đức, nhân duyên đã tích lũy đời đời kiếp kiếp trong quá khứ, đến đời này chín muồi, nên đắc độ. Chưa chín muồi phải giúp cho kẻ ấy chín muồi, chưa gieo thiện căn sẽ giúp cho kẻ ấy gieo thiện căn, tâm ấy bình đẳng, không có dầy, mỏng, chẳng có cao, thấp, nên gọi là “phổ độ”. In the Gita Dhyanam, the Upanishads are described as the cows, Bhagavan Sri Krishna is described as the milker who brings out the essence of the Upanishads, and Partha (Arjuna) is our calf. Bhaktas (devotees) of purified intellect are the enjoyers of this milk - the great nectar of the Gita! Since God has granted us free will, we each have the choice to pursue either His permissive will or His perfect will. His perfect will always produces the best results. This doesn’t mean that there is anything wrong with His permissive will; after all, His permissive will is what He considers acceptable. It encompasses accepting God’s plan of salvation, living by godly principles in our daily lives, and conducting ourselves in a manner that avoids harm to ourselves or others. Yet, following God’s permissive will does not lead to the rest He has ordained for us. When we walk in His permissive will, we often choose our path based on external influences. For example, we may see a friend prospering as a doctor and, in response, decide to pursue the same profession simply because of their success, rather than seeking God’s perfect direction for our own lives. When we try to follow someone else’s path, we often end up with less-than-ideal results. Instead of excelling, we may find ourselves spending more time in school than necessary, or worse, not graduating at all. Others may find themselves constantly chasing the perfect job or career, moving from one role to the next, yet never feeling truly fulfilled. Rather than seeking God's guidance, they rely on what they see and hear from others and then ask God to bless the path they’ve chosen. In His mercy, God may grant their request simply because they prayed for it, even though the path they’ve taken might not align with His perfect will for their lives. By imitating someone else’s path, we miss out on the unique destiny God has planned for us. He’s called each of us to be different - set apart. God never intended for any of us to be a copy of someone else. He wants us to stand out and make a real difference in the world. Yet God has promised to make us one with a difference. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐬 𝟔:𝟏𝟐 𝐀 𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐧, 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡. What is the easiest way to spot a wicked man or woman? Check their police record? Smell for drugs? Look for tattoos? No, no, no. Listen for a froward mouth. A man’s words say more about him than most other indicators. Evil speech proves an evil man. The description of naughty persons should silence those that love to wag their tongues. This proverb identifies naughty and wicked people (Pr 6:12-15). Wisdom includes discerning character. You must avoid fools and scorners; you must seek wise and good men (Pr 9:7-9; 13:20; 14:7). The world is full of bad people, and wise men will mark and avoid them. The lesson here is that a person’s speech indicates character very well. Of course, they will say, “You do not know my heart, so you cannot judge me.” They say this to justify and excuse their wicked actions. But you can see their hearts clearly, for the froward words of their mouths leak like sewer from their froward hearts (Pr 6:14). Jesus Christ taught plainly that a wicked mouth proves a wicked heart (Luke 6:45). A pure heart is known by gracious speech (Pr 22:11). Good speech does not come from an evil heart, and neither can evil speech come from a good heart. This is wisdom. Learn it. Two words in this proverb are not often used, so review their English definitions. Naughty. Characterized by moral badness or wickedness; bad, wrong, blameworthy, improper. Froward. Disposed to go counter to what is demanded or what is reasonable; perverse, difficult to deal with, hard to please; refractory, ungovernable; bad, evilly-disposed, ‘naughty’. Naughty and wicked people have bad, evil, wrong, or dangerous hearts. They are fools, scorners, or worse. Because you must avoid them, you need to learn to spot them. Their speech will be contrary, unreasonable, negative, critical, ornery, disrespectful, haughty, harsh, rebellious, or profane. They cannot always hide it, for their hearts are evil. Parents, hear and correct such speech in your children. Foolishness and wickedness can be driven out, if you use the rod and reproof early enough (Pr 22:6,15; 23:13-14; 29:15). Permissive or pampering parenting does not work and will produce naughty and wicked persons. Teach children godliness and humility instead and gracious speech at all times. When you spot a naughty person, go from him (Pr 9:7-9; 14:7; 22:10). He will snare your soul, waste your time, or bring contention and trouble. Do not fear him, for calamities are soon coming to his life. God will destroy him suddenly without remedy (Pr 6:15). Paul prayed for deliverance from unreasonable and wicked men, for he knew that only men with good hearts and faith were his object (II Thess 3:1-2). Regeneration makes this difference. The Agamas teach Carya (outer discipline), Kriya (worship), Yoga (union), and Jnana (wisdom) as the fourfold path to self-realization. 1. Yoga: Awakens the form of Divine consciousness (sarupyam). 4. Jnana: Leads to union with the Supreme (sayujyam). Sivavakkiyar reminds us: the body is impermanent, a vessel that rots once the soul departs. Yet, it is a sacred vehicle for wisdom. POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE GLORY OF ETERNAL ESSENCE - CHAPTER 3: 1-12 THE EMBODIMENT AND CREATION OF HEAVEN 1. Heaven constitutes a STATE OF being, a becoming, and a place. Whenever a realm is pronounced heaven, let it be known that spirits united to create such condition. First, heaven becomes a spirit cum a soul’s consciousness in ever-growing terms. Afterwards, heavenly realms are multiplied by the working of such heaven-dominated spirits. 2. Heaven is a created plane. First, it is the work of THE ETERNAL ESSENCE in direct terms. Afterwards, it is the work of THE ULTIMATE REALITY in indirect terms, that is, through heavenly conscious spirits. 3. When an earthman pronounces that he desires to go to heaven, in many cases, he desires to inherit the work of other spirits, especially if he was not part of the creators of such realms. Why would you seek to reap where you have not sown? 4. Whoever was not part of the fashioning of a heavenly realm cannot rule there. By association, inheritance, and partnership, he can have fellowship in such realms, yet he cannot have dominion in such realms. 5. It is ignorant to be more concerned about going to a heavenly realm than to attain a perpetual heavenly state. Why do you seek to belong to where you are not part of? Why do you seek to be part of what you did not fashion? 6. Whenever a wind, manifesting as an earthman returns to a heavenly realm after the brief or perpetual termination of such manifestation, it is because he was part of such realm. Many times, it is known that he was not part of such realm just because of his latest activities in the world of man, rather, as he sowed by divine labor, he had become one with his harvest. 7. Do not make promises of admission into heavenly realms for souls unless you are one of the creators of those realms on that specific plane. Only as a creator of such realms do you hold the authority to grant entry to souls, established through partnership bonds that are not formed without cause. 8. Avoid seeking a place in heaven where you played no role in its creation, as it leads to perpetual servitude. While being a servant is commendable, it is more rewarding to serve from the standpoint of profound divine understanding. Only then will you be esteemed and be an example to many creations. 9. WHEN A SPIRIT ASSUMES THE ROLE OF A SERVANT FROM A POSITION OF PROFOUND IGNORANCE, IT IS A SITUATION TO BE PITIED, AS SUCH SERVITUDE IS HELD IN CONTEMPT. 10. Why do you aspire to attain Abraham's bosom? It is because you have yet to embody heavenly qualities in your essence and evolution. Consequently, you seek a transformative experience from a specific reference point. The notion of being transported to Abraham's bosom upon the dissolution of your earthly vessel exposes the inherent limitations in your spiritual understanding and insight regarding heavenly realms. 11. IT IS CRUCIAL TO UNDERSTAND THAT, JUST AS COUNTING BEGINS FROM ZERO BEFORE REACHING ONE THOUSAND, MAN UNDERGOES A PROCESS OF INCREMENTAL GROWTH. LIKE AN IMPATIENT CHILD STRUGGLING WITH DILIGENT COUNTING, WHO FAILS TO ADD A UNIT TO PREVIOUS COUNTS, ONE CANNOT REACH THE PINNACLE OF GREATER SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING WITHOUT PATIENT AND CONTINUOUS PROGRESS. 12. These few days between our celebration of the birth of Jesus and the dawning of the day when we will welcome a new calendar year can be Jesus’s liberating gift to us.
